New Panther Sightings

Panther5 announces the expansion of our client base by three, one international and two located in the sunnier climates of the United States. Here’s a short profile of each:

Northern Health: Northern Health, located in Prince George, B.C., Canada, is the second Canadian health organization to choose Panther5 as its monitoring and management solution for Cerner Millennium®. The Northern Health organization provides health services to 300,000 people over a service area of 600,000 square kilometers.

Sharp Healthcare: Sharp is San Diego’s healthcare leader and leading employer. The Sharp network includes four acute-care hospitals, three specialty hospitals, and three medical groups. Sharp has also been recognized with many awards in the healthcare industry such as “Most Wired,” “Best Integrated Health Care Network in California,” and the winner of the prestigious “Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award” in 2007.

St. Luke’s Hospital: St. Luke’s was Florida’s first private hospital and has been a pioneer in patient care for more than 125 years. Three Jacksonville women founded the hospital in 1873. It began as a two-room cottage with four beds and a budget of less than $1,000. After an arsonist burned its second building in 1876, St. Luke’s moved in 1878 to downtown Jacksonville. It grew quickly and moved to its fourth location just north of downtown in 1914. The hospital moved to its current location in the booming Southpoint area in 1984.
